I’m an imperfect life and nutrition coach who believes you don’t need to change who you are to create a meaningful life, you can be exactly who you already are and still achieve incredible things on your own terms.
At 18, I left my small town in Bloomington, Indiana, and moved to Los Angeles to grow and evolve. Coming from a broken family with parents who battled addiction, I knew I was meant for more than the path laid out before me.
Along the way, I discovered a true love for wellness. It became not just a way to heal and strengthen my body, but also a powerful reminder of how deeply connected our health is to our purpose in this lifetime. Through movement, nutrition, and self-discovery, I found the tools to transform my life—and now I guide other women to do the same.
My mission is to help women fuel their bodies with what they need, align with their true purpose, and step boldly into the future version of themselves they’re meant to become.

Session Duration - Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Comprehensive Goal Coverage - We will address all your goals and aspirations to ensure you are progressing in life. Covering nutrition goals, fitness goals, financial goals, family, personal development, and spirituality.
Weekly Meetings - Sessions are held once a week, tentatively scheduled.
Flexible Program Lengths - Choose from 3, 6, 9, or 12-month packages, depending on your needs and commitment level.
Accountability Partner - Receive support from an accountability partner who provides a nonjudgmental perspective. I am here to push you further in life, and help you achieve those goals and dreams you have just been sitting on.
Focus on Healthy Habits - Develop and maintain healthy habits for a healthier lifestyle.
